We all want good health, for ourselves and our family, yet the truth is, most of us don’t really think too much about our health, that is until something goes wrong.
In particluar, women tend to look after their own health last. They are so busy looking after their family and working that they can forget how important they are.
Unknowingly most of us live with sub-standard health! We are not obviously ill, yet we lack energy and vibrancy in our day to day living. We have vague aches and pains, headaches and fatigue, allergy reactions. In fact, we have forgotten that we can and indeed should have endless energy, despite a heavy work schedule, despite running a home and family, despite being in our ‘mature’ years.
