Come and join Molly to learn how you can make perfect gluten free food. These classes are hands on, so class numbers are strictly limited and BOOKINGS are ESSENTIAL.
These classes are interactive, not just demonstrated, and you will be making your own foods which will give you the experience of working with gluten free products.
There are three different classes available:
biscotti (choice of several flavours), carrot cake, cup-a-tea biscuits, ginger biscuits, raspberry coconut slice and choc brownies. We will have class made sausage rolls, crackers n dips for lunch.
- Pastries & Pizza:
Pizza base. shortcrust pastry – savoury, shortcrust pasty – sweet, rough puff pastry, choux pastry, pizza base. You will also learn how to make ricotta cheese which we will use to make our ricotta tart for lunch.
Plain bread, seeded bread, fruit loaf, olive bread, honey sesame bread, bread rolls, bread sticks. We will have a Ploughmans lunch with our fresh baked breads.
Healthy snacks, lunch, tea and coffee will be provided.
You will also take home a 500gm mix of flours for each product you make.
You need to bring an apron, a hair net, containers to take home your goodies with you and wear closed-in shoes.
